This policy covers hildus.com — the site of the HILDUS foundation, the non-profit behind the Shopnseo community platform. It has no user accounts; here is what a visit actually leaves behind.
What We Collect
- Contact and inquiry messages. If you write to us through the contact form or a start-a-community inquiry, we store the name, email address and message you provide.
- Session cookies. The site sets a technical cookie needed for form security (CSRF protection). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
- Server logs. Like every website, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and troubleshooting.
How We Use It
Your message is used to reply to you — nothing else. We do not send marketing mail, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.
Where It Lives
Messages are stored on the foundation's own servers. There is no third-party analytics or advertising service installed on this site.
Your Choices
To have a message you sent us deleted, write to web@hildus.com from the address you used — we delete on request, without a quiz.
Independent Community Servers
The Shopnseo platform this foundation develops is installed by independent server owners around the web. Each community server is operated by its own host, who is responsible for the data of that community. This policy covers hildus.com only.
